As schools all across America are going to TSA levels of security to keep students in a safe learning environment, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High is in the process of updating some of its camera systems. When the installation crew traced the wires through the walls, they noticed that the cables were comprised of tied together drug awareness ribbons.
We at The Cold Beak were alerted immediately of this finding to inform the student body as soon as possible. When reached for comment, head of security, Jonathan Eri, “The school dropped funding for Closed Circuit security cams in 2012 after the operating costs of the pool became astronomical”.
